Vintage French Parcel Carrier

Vintage French advertising parcel carrier from around the 1930s. From "Au Printemps" situated in Paris, France. Used to carry string tied parcels from the stores, (the original brown paper packages, tied up with string). It prevented the string cutting into the customer's fingers. Made from rigid cardboard with a strong wire through the middle, terminating in hooks.
