Shipping policy

  • Order processing times: 1-4 days
  • Domestic shipping: Free shipping for orders over $75. Some items may not be covered in this if they are deemed to be bulky goods. Goods are generally sent by Australia Post and tracking is provided. Please email for other options and not that they may cost more.
    Service interruptions may occur, please consult the Australia Post website.
    If your order is not received, a six week wait time may occur to ensure that any lost package can be located. But please contact me so this can be reduced as quickly as possible.
  • International shipping: Costs are given on checkout but I may contact you if the rates wildly differ - unfortunately more likely that it is more expensive! It may be sent with Fed EX, DHL or Aust Post. NOTE - any duties and taxes may be incurred and are payable by yourself. Signature will be required
  • Refunds are not provided for shipping and returns, shipping will be payable by the customer.
